Pawilon Chengdu
Chengdu znane jest jako Miasto Kwiatu Lotusu lub Miasto Brokatu. To stolica prowincji Syczuan, słynne miasto o długiej historii i bogatej kulturze w zachodnich Chinach, kolebka starożytnej cywilizacji Shu, a przede wszystkim ojczyzna pandy wielkiej. Z okazji Poznań Design Festiwal 2019, chcielibyśmy zaprezentować nasze podejście do powietrza-atmosfery.  Ponieważ powietrze stanowi także środek komunikacji międzyludzkiej, staramy się „zdekonstruować” bariery w naszych miastach i odkryć na nowo podstawowe elementy definiujące Chengdu:  tradycyjny wzór haftu Shu, krajobraz miasta, syczuański tygiel, ukochane pandy dają się doskonale połączyć właśnie poprzez kreatywność i design.

ENGLISH VERSION

Chengdu Pavilion:
Chengdu has been know as the Lotus Flower City or the Brocade City. It is the capital of Sichuan Province, famous historic and cultural city in
West China, the cradle of ancient Shu civilization, and most importantly, home to giant pandas. The Chinese saying goes: it takes one year to form a community, two years to foster a city, and after three years you will see a metropolitan (Chengdu). It has vowed to become the World Famous Culture City, World Famous Tourist City, World Famous Games City, as well as the Capital of Gastronomy, the Capital of Music, and the Capital of MICE by 2030.
On the occasion of 2019 Poznan Design Festival, we would like to showcase our interpretation of air-atmosphere. As people rely on air as a media for communication, we try to “deconstruct”the barriers in our cities and rediscover the fundamental elements that define Chengdu: the traditional pattern of Shu embroidery, the landscape of the City, Sichuan hotpot, the beloved pandas are perfectly blended by means of creativity and design. 16+1 Cultural Industry Development Corp. serves as a platform to boost practical, in-depth cooperation among Chines and CEEC cultural and creative industry. We offer cross-border trading service, cultural exchange programs, incubator/accelerator service, IP trading services for the industry.
